FAQ’s: 

Unique clicks = when a customer clicks an affiliate link or a particular banner for the very first time and he is redirected to your site 

Raw clicks = all the other times when the same customer clicks any affiliate link or the same banner by which he/she gets to your site 

Impressions = is how many TOTAL times your page has been seen 

HOW DO I SIGN PEOPLE UP? 

When you login into your back office, click SIGNUP SUBAFFILIATES. From there, you will see your link to give to potential signups OR if they go to viralprint.com directly, just have them type in YOUR REFERRAL ID as the person that referred them when they sign up. OR if you are sending people directly from a particular page, such as your own personal website, send me that url and I can set it up where anyone that comes to viralprint.com FROM that address will automatically be added to your team. 

HOW DO I SIGN IN TO MY BACKOFFICE?   

Go to your member page.   At the top click on MEMBER SIGN IN. Use your email address and the password that was emailed to you.  

HOTMAIL?  

We have experienced major issues with members attempting to utilize Hotmail email accounts. Please sign up (or have your affiliate that is having issues) with a different email account. OR simply create a new email account, email that one to us, and we will change over the account to the other email and have the login information Resent. 

LAUNCH DATE?  

As you are aware, we are currently in ALPHA testing. We are testing our ecommerce section with limited products. No official date has been set - we wanted to make sure everything was right on the affiliate side (commission structure) before we move to Beta.

ADVERTISING MATERIAL?

We are in the process of developing some marketing material, banner ads, and other print material to assist our members in marketing ViralPrint.com. Remember that we are only in the ALPHA Stage right now and therefore we are concentrating on the "process" first. Once everything is working, we will move into BETA testing stage where we will have consumer products for sale.   Subsequently, we will be releasing the marketing/promotion material.

CURRENTLY IT LOOKS AS THOUGH PAYPAL AND CHECK ARE THE TWO WAYS VIRALPRINT 

IS PAYING COMMISSIONS?  WILL THERE BE OTHER OPTIONS AVAILABLE (DIRECT 

DEPOSIT, MERCHANT ACCOUNTS, ETC.) ONCE WE HIT BETA LAUNCH? 

We are working on establishing an online banking account that includes a Visa or MasterCard DEBIT card. This is just like any other online bank, you can use it personally to make deposits, transfers, etc. The DEBIT card will be attached to this account that you can use anywhere with little or no fees. We hope to have this available by March. If not, we will do checks until we have this program in place. 

ARE CANADIAN MEMBERS ABLE TO ORDER THEIR BUSINESS CARDS? 

Yes, even though we have a printing facility in Toronto, the shipping cost is higher depending where they live and how many cards they order. For instance 1000 business cards costs around $18 more for shipping. 

WILL ANYONE BE ABLE TO BECOME A MEMBER WITHOUT ENTERING A REFERRER ID? 

Our system is designed around referral based marketing. Should someone stumble upon us without having been referred, they will be able to join, but we will do our best to make sure that IF someone recommended them, that 

referrer gets 100% credit. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I AM TARGETING BIG COMPANIES LIKE SUBWAY, RESTAURANTS AND OTHERS. THEY ASK ME IF THEY CAN BUY NAPKINS, CUPS, MENU BOOKS, ETC. WHAT SHOULD I TELL THEM WITHOUT LYING? IF WE ARE A PRINTING COMPANY WE SHOULD DO THOSE WORKS, RIGHT? IF SO, WHEN WILL THEY BE AVAILABLE? OTHER QUESTION THEY ASK ME ABOUT PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS LIKE PEN, DESK GIFTS ETC. AND ABOUT THE ART AND GRAPHICS. TELL ME ABOUT IT. 

Good questions! Those materials (napkins, cups, etc) are considered paper food products, not collateral marketing products. There are 4 major segments of printed products:  

1. Collateral Marketing products (Business cards, brochures, banners, letterhead, envelopes) this is what we do now.  

2. Promotional products (Pens, hats, mugs, T-shirts, etc). We do not offer these now, but look to add these products in the future, possibly in the year 2013.  

3. Publications (Magazines, periodicals, newspapers, books etc). We do not offer these.  

4. Office Products (Order pads, forms, folders, etc). We do not do these although we are starting to offer carbonless forms often used by contractors, landscaping companies, etc.

That is because he is your 51st. The software postaffiliatepro that we are using will only DISPLAY a maximum of 50 people on any ONE level. He IS there. He IS under you. You WILL get credit for everyone that signs up directly under you, BUT the software will only DISPLAY the first 50. This is one reason we want to move to a better software package as soon as we can.

2.       If they go to viralprint.com directly.  Where it asks on the 5th line (box) area “Parent Affiliate” enter the referral ID of the person who referred you. 

3.       If you are sending people directly from a particular page, such as your own personal website, send me that url and I can set it up where anyone that comes to viralprint.com FROM that address will automatically be added to your team.   

4.       As soon as the landing pages are ready, you just need to send them to your landing page where they can sign up with you. 

HOW DO I SIGN IN TO MY BACKOFFICE? 

Go to your member website at http://www.viralprintmembers.com/YOURID.  On the Top menu, click on MEMBER SIGN IN. Use your User Name and the password that was emailed to you. If you forgot, send in a support ticket through the BIG RED button on the website.
